GENERAL

Yes, we sure can! I have worked with clients from all over the world and I love the diverse client base that comes with it. If you’re interested in booking a VIP Design Sprint package then let me know and we can shift around our schedule to accommodate different time zones if needed.

We sure do! As a standard, project payments are split into two. The first is your deposit and is due before your project starts. The second is due just before we reach the end of your project. If you have any specific requirements just let us know.

All deposits are nonrefundable. We require a deposit to officially save your slot in our calendar.

Projects are booked at least 4 weeks ahead of time, this gives up plenty of time to make sure we are ready to go on your start date. During busy periods we can be booked up to 3 months in advance so it’s best to pop your client application in sooner rather than later if you’d like to work with Lugi Design Studio.

BRANDING

If you’re not ready to invest in a full brand identity (even our VIP Design Sprint package) then unfortunately, I don’t think Lugi Design Studio is the one for you.

Specific package inclusions will be tailored to your business needs and after we’ve had a chat, these will be outlined in your project proposal.
Potential inclusions include:
+ Primary logo, alternate logo, brand icon - having a range ensures you always have the right logo sizing for every situation.
+ Typography styling
+ Custom colour palette
+ Brand pattern - perfect for adding a branded touch to social media posts, packaging or email signatures.
+ Marketing materials - these can include ad graphics, business cards, flyers, email signature
+ Social media styling - including post templates, feed curation, highlight covers
+ Brand strategy document - the who, what and why of your brand
+ Moodboard + visual direction
+ Launch graphics -
You will need to have filled in your discovery questionnaire and share all the details relating to your business, goals and ideas.
WEB DESIGN

If you’re a service based or design-focused business we will set you up on Squarespace. If you’re a retail business in need of all the e-comm bells and whistles then we will set you up on Shopify.

You will need all of your website content and branding finalised and ready to go by our start date. This includes text, images, logo files, brand colours etc. If you don’t have a brand identity in place, check out our branding services and we can give you a hand.

We do not offer any copywriting for your website. Full website copy must be submitted before our start date!

We do offer stock imagery sourcing that can be an added on to our project but must be agreed before our start date.
